Returns & Exchanges
It is extremely important to us that you have a great experience with Osborne's Wand Shop. As a general rule we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means if you aren't satisfied, we will work with you to create that satisfaction.
We accept returns and exchanges on most occasions. There are some exceptions.
If you would like to return/exchange:
- Please contact and initiate a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. This includes returning the product within 14 days.
Should an item become damaged during shipment, please contact us at email@example.com with evidence of the damage within 36 hours of delivery. We would be happy to handle this matter. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, based on product availability. It is important that you take pictures of the damaged product and packaging for insurance purposes.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or has been misrepresented. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
